Choose the Right Panel Grade and Timber Specification
For plywood, the face, core, bond and exposure grade can change what a panel is suitable for. MDF is a different board product often specified for furniture and interior work. Film-faced plywood is commonly requested for formwork, while sawn timber is ordered by section and length. These names are starting points for a specification, not interchangeable substitutes.
